Medically Informed Massage for Individuals and Families
Thrive provides medically informed massage for individuals who need care that is thoughtful, adaptive, and grounded in real-life health needs.
We support older adults, caregivers, people recovering from illness or surgery, and individuals living with chronic pain, neurological changes, mobility limitations, or layered health concerns. Each session is shaped around the person in front of us, including their comfort, health history, mobility, sensitivity, energy level, and care environment.
Our practitioners are trained to work slowly, safely, and responsively. Sessions may focus on easing discomfort, supporting mobility, calming the nervous system, reducing stress, improving body awareness, or simply helping someone feel more comfortable and cared for in their body.
This service may be a good fit if you or your loved one:
-
Needs support with pain, mobility, stress, or comfort
-
Is recovering from surgery, illness, or a recent health change
-
Lives with chronic illness, neurological conditions, or increased sensitivity
-
Is navigating the physical and emotional demands of caregiving
-
Would benefit from care that is calm, respectful, and adapted to the day’s needs
Our goal is to provide skilled touch that helps each person feel safer, more supported, and genuinely seen.
